Tiny naps. Big sighs of relief.

NapSense is the baby sleep app that makes the whole day feel lighter. Nap and bedtime estimates shaped by your own baby's rhythm, soothing sounds that work offline, and a weekly note that makes sense of it all — so the whole family gets a little more rest.

Where NapSense comes from

Why NapSense exists

NapSense started with one dad and his son, who'd just turned one. Most nights, somewhere between the second wake-up and the next feed, he'd lie there thinking: when was the last feed? Was last night this bad too?

He still had a job to show up for. Friends he wanted to keep seeing. A partner he wanted to actually talk to, not just hand off shifts with. His own health. Maybe even a hobby, if he could find twenty minutes.

So NapSense was built to do less, not more. Tap once when your baby falls asleep. Tap once when they wake up. That's it.

One less thing for a tired parent to carry 🤍

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I need an account?

So your log is backed up and follows you if you switch phones — and so a partner can see the same day on Plus. It's needed on Free too.

What age is it for?

Logging works from birth, any age. Nap and bedtime estimates (Plus) unlock once you've logged at least 30 days in the app, so there's enough of your own baby's history to spot a real pattern.

How does the subscription work?

Monthly ($4.99) or yearly ($19.99, about $1.67/month) — both start with a 14-day free trial. Cancel any time in Google Play.

Can more than one caregiver use it?

Yes. One Plus plan covers one baby and everyone caring for them — your partner logs in on their own phone.

Is this medical advice?

No. Estimates are a planning aid from your own logs — not medical advice.

Is NapSense on iPhone?

Not yet — Android only, built for Google Play.

Does NapSense show ads?

No. No ads, on Free or Plus.

See your baby's day clearly.
